We hope you enjoy all items as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your full-priced and non-final sale items in their original packaging and unused condition for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. We offer free returns on all orders! The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 days after receiving your return, via the original payment method.
To start the return online, log into your account above and follow the instructions. a shipping label will be emailed to you. Place the shipping label on the return package along with the original packing slip. Securely seal the package and drop it off at your nearest USPS or UPS location. Once the package is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges (for orders below free shipping threshold) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
