If you would like to make changes or cancel your order before shipment, please email us at hello@hokunaactive.com as soon as possible. We are unable to make any changes after we process and ship your order. You would need to follow our return process after you have received the package.

You can click on "Notify me when available" on the product page and fill out the quick form, and you will receive an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock.

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will be receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information once your order is shipped.

You will enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $65. Orders below $65, a shipping fee of $5.95 will be charged.

You may return any non-final sale items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn/unwashed, and in the original packaging.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 days after receiving your return, via the original payment method.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
